About Morning Oyster Musick and Robert Hoare:
Largely influenced by the early realization that there's a lot more out there than the ten hits you hear on 'normal' radio and/or MTV, Toronto born composer and lyricist Robert Hoare has worked in Europe and North America on a wide variety of projects as a performer, songwriter and composer for dance, theater, installation and film. His music has been performed at various festivals in Canada and Europe and as a lyricist he has recorded with such diverse artists as Till Broenner (DE), Mark Murphy (USA), Rammstein (DE) and Zeraphine (DE).

Discover the musical talents of Robert Hoare & Morning Oyster Musick and their latest fabulous album, “Tune A Fish.” This CD is comprised of wonderful Blues/Jazz/Americana instrumentals creatively wrapped into an Avant Garde styling. Each song has a relaxed ambiance and flows with rootsy tonality. As you listen to this album, you’ll hear a selection of songs blended with fascinating melodies and impressive guitars. The song, “Strum Dumb,” is a catchy tune with an easy moving tempo as the guitar belts out a tantalizing melody. A hint of Blues with Country finesse can be heard on the song, “Travellin’ Shoes.” Another infectious song, “Spooky Dan,” grooves with a funky beat that interlaces with the dynamic balance of instruments. The excellent album, “Tune A Fish,” is truly an endlessly enjoyable album with well crafted instrumental arrangements.
