The group, Starchild and the Dust, releases a wonderful collection of ‘70’s Rock songs on the excellent album, “From Above.” This CD features dynamic vocals, piano, and other instrumentation which blend together to spin an enjoyable easy listening ‘70’s Rock album. The opener/title cut, “From Above,” catches you ears with its warm and inviting vocals and driving rhythm. Another song, “Certain,” has some powerful lyrics which are sung with emotive tonality. “Last Words,” is a song that has a bouncy beat, soulful vocals, are an irresistible melody. The music on this album is fresh and appealing and is great to kick back and relax to. If you are a fan of Sara Bareilles, then you will really enjoy the engaging Rock music on the CD, “From Above.”
