The Monty Casper Project was created as a tribute to the instrumental hits of the 60s,70s & 80s. Ever since he started playing piano in 1966, artists such as Herb Alpert, Mason Williams, and others have always been favourites. It's been a labour of love for this ex-road warrior who was a member of a number of Top40 bands in the 80s. But, nine years after the project first saw the light of day, the debut CD "Soundbox" was released in 2008. As Monty says, "Better late than never but hey, it was a blast. The songs are a perfect instrumental backdrop whether your chillin' at home on your own or having an intimate gathering with friends."
