Judas Feet

What do you get when you combine a 19 year old, two-time Texas All-State Choir soprano with her 17 year old guitar fanatic brother (who has yet to meet a stringed instrument he didn't love) with their 15 year old genius-on-a-stick little sis?  You get Judas Feet, a talented teenage trio who uses their instrumental giftedness and family vocal intonations to produce harmonies and hooks that will send you to the repeat button on your CD player.

With the release of their debut CD, NOT ALONE, these teenagers have proven that a thoughtful, penetrating, themed album is not just relegated to those too old to be of interest to the masses.  NOT ALONE is filled with 14 tracks all themed around the idea that we are NOT ALONE in this world.   They deal with real life issues like: the joy and pain of the everyday, the ecstasy of love and devastation of love lost, the soul searching of the faithful and the not-so-faithful.... not your typical teenage themes.

Even their name, Judas Feet, is derived from the thought provoking idea that Jesus washed the feet of all his disciples, even Judas' - his betrayer.  Judas Feet writes songs that demonstrate how faith meets reality in the real world.

Musically, you immediately sense the heavy influences of Nickel Creek, Rich Mullins, Sufjan Stevens, Watermark, Patti Griffin, Allison Krause and others like them as you take in a sound that seems familiar to you, but also makes you sit and think, "hmmmm, this stuff is unique".

In a live setting, their personalities, stage presence, and performance abilities pull an audience right into the songs, leaving them applauding for more!
