Artist History
Chris DeMarco began his career in music as a much sought-after musician and front man, having shared the stage and played with a virtual who’s who of  super-musicians of the ‘70’s and ‘80’s.  After deciding to leave behind the glare of the bright lights of Hollywood and the ever-pulsing New York music scene, DeMarco’s settled into the cadence of more laid back climes that finds him at his most serene self.  His latest release Lost and Found - his first on his self-distributed label Dreamco Music, finds him in fine form as he treats us to a volume of classic fare meant to please the true Rock aficionados among us. Lost and Found is an aptly named album that weaves together DeMarco’s past and present musical contributions into one cohesive work, featuring the likes of Dick Wagner (Alice Cooper Band), Tommy Talton (Gregg Allman Band and Cowboy), Ken Mazur (Robert Palmer Band), and Barry Richman (Lynard Skynard) on Guitar;  Billy Langley on Keyboards;  Rhys Clark (Billy Joel Band and Freddy Fender Band) playing drums; and Jim Fielder (Buffalo Springfield, Blood Sweat and Tears and Neil Sedaka) on Bass.  Billy Joel and Michael Monarch (Steppenwolf) appear on the bonus track Sail Away.  Currently residing in the Atlanta, Georgia area with his wife Charlotte, Chris DeMarco has proven his mettle as a legitimate artist time and time again.  From his glory days as a front man for the Island Records recording act Riff Raff, which he formed in 1977, to his contributions to the work of the legendary cadre of musicians he also calls friends, Chris DeMarco’s music and artistry has stood the test of time.  Still in his musical prime, and uncompromising in his commitment to making excellent music, he is without a doubt the stuff legends are made of.

"Lost and Found" Reviewed by RadioIndy.com!
POSTED BY: EricLawrence POSTED ON: 16 Mar 2008 01:21 PM
"Lost and Found" by Chris Demarco is a heart warming contemporary rock album. Chris' vocals are rich and have a nice depth to them. The accompanying arrangements are softly driving and contain subtle variances, including a hint of country from time to time. The musicianship and production throughout the CD are very professional. "Love and Murder" is a fun track with spoken word and a 40's sound with a little twang. "I Don't Wanna Wake Up" is a "song about a girl" with a light Island sound. "Sail Away" features some nice vibrato and range in the vocals and leaves you with a sense of hope. If you enjoy softer adult rock, you'll enjoy this CD

Time to make a MUSIC VIDEO!!
POSTED BY: Chris DeMarco POSTED ON: 27 Feb 2008 09:50 PM

Latest exciting news...I've decided it is time for a music video since I'm getting so much great support from fans! In fact, we just went over 13,000 profile views and 9,000 song plays, and the PR campaign only began on the 9th of January!! So, the song I have picked for my first video is "I'M CALLING YOU". I think it is going to be a great video and I can hardly wait to get started...

I'm also very happy to report that I've signed up several fans who want to help me spread the word about my music. The first few who joined my "Street Team" are getting signed CDs in the mail.

Thanks so much for all the comments and emails!
