Somethin' in our family plans gone wrong. Me and my wife decided to have only one. But things they turned out different over time. We crossed the line. Now we got nine.
It were supposed to be a nice, neat life. One little child and me and my sweet wife. But things they seem to happen now and then. It's happened again. Now we got ten.
So now there's baby food and bottles all around. I'm runnin' kids up and down all over town. And dirty diapers make our home smell not like heaven. This new one's Kevin. He's number eleven.
I guess my wife and me are just too much in love. Our marriage never seems to quite get fruit enough. There's just no room here in our house that's left to dwell. I'll move myself. Here's number twelve.
Well, that is just the way it is, we faced the fact. What we got started now they ain't no turnin' back. We're headed on into the teens, no end in sight. But that's alright. Have twenty we might. And if we're still alive, we'll shoot fer twent y-five. Well, who's keepin' score? Maybe thirty or more... and more... and more... and more. |
