Howce is a Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist and composer of contemporary Acoustic Soul Ballads and Pop Rock Dance music. His sound is a new and unique hybrid of soul, pop, and rock.

He's been composing music for more than 10 years, and playing to a variety of audiences while touring around the United States. Back in 1985, in New York City, he formed his first band, and they played a top 40 list of songs mostly for gigs like weddings and corporate parties. They stayed together for 4 yrs before disbanding and pursuing individual interests. At that point, Howce Clemens decided that his songwriting needed to be dealt with in a more serious manner, since he was coming up with really amazing new songs and compositions.

He redefined himself as a solo Singer, Songwriter and Composer using his talents as an accomplished guitarist and keyboard player to start recording his own original songs.  He is well versed in music technology and recording techniques but he favors bringing live musicians into a recording studio and getting it all down, rather than pro-tooling up a song on the fly. 

Howce has played extensively over the years as a guest soloist with bands, and as a self contained solo act in various venues such as lounges, bars, concert halls, outdoor events and festivals. Howce Clemens 4th CD is upcoming in Spring of 2009. Currently, his music is available in most online stores.
